Michael Finstad

“Making a positive impact in the world every day” is a mantra I strive to live by in my life. What better way to positively impact the world than to help people with some of the biggest decisions they may make in their lives? I believe real estate is a deeply personal, emotional experience, and it is important that the professional you choose to work with has Integrity and Quality in how they conduct business.

Real estate is not rocket science or brain surgery, but there is definitely a right way to do it. You won’t see my name or face on a billboard or bus bench because I’ve built my real estate business over 25 years by striving to exceed my clients' expectations and creating one happy, satisfied customer at a time.

Success stories

Tireless. Meticulous. And just an all-around great guy. Mike has been my agent for 2 purchases and one sale. He takes the time to get to know you and what you want and goes after it. I highly recommend him.

Mike Finstad assisted us with our first home-buying experience. We were so impressed with the level of knowledge and patience as he worked with us. We think he's a very professional and ethical real estate agent to work with. We would recommend him to anyone, especially first-time home buyers!

Mike helped my wife and me find and purchase our first home. He showed us several properties meeting our criteria in various areas, most of which we weren't able to find using the typical online home-search sites. We narrowed down the results on his site first and then spent a few days hunting with him until we found the one. Mike took us all the way through closing. He's extremely resourceful and has plenty of contacts to help with figuring out the mortgage broker, underwriter, etc. Even since purchasing, I've reached out, and he's helped me find contractors. We would highly recommend Mike for your home sale or search.
